I am a believer

I have lived part of my life afraid, afraid of so much, and now, I am living to learn, love, laugh, enjoy all that is presented before me. I am able to be me, and enjoy whom I am, and not compromise what I believe in. Be whom you are, not what anyone believes that you should be. Live your life completely and wholly, for yourself, for your family, friends, and as God would have it be.

Faith
When I think of faith, it is something that is really hard to grasp, and to hang onto. It is something that is so strong when you really use, believe in, and trust. I have been building mine, and it has been quite the journey.

I have experienced answers to my prayers, and not always the outcome I want, but when it happens, I am always amazed at the purity, the simplicity of it. And even the honesty of it.

I am a person that has had my share of life's trials and troubles, but I persevere, I don't ever want to stop moving forward on this journey, I still have so much to learn.

With faith growing in my soul, spirit, heart, I know that I am on the right path, a narrow one, but I can still walk it.

I have a journey that I believe started years ago before my realizing the purpose of it, a journey that will help me to accomplish what my heavenly Father wants me to do. I am now only recognizing and understanding what it is.

It is a very personal journey, and watching it unfold and happen before my eyes has been so beautiful. Feeling the ability to see, feel, hear touch and help to understand the many hurtful things that happen, take that pain and use it for better things to encourage those around me, help to encourage love, peace and joy in each of our lives.

I feel His love every day, more and more. What a wonderful thing to have.

HOPE. FAITH. LOVE. PATIENCE.  These have been my saying for years, but little did I understand what it truly meant.

Thank you, God.

Apologies

I figured out that when you expect an apology and it never comes, that you can feel sorry for yourself and let that turn into anger, resentment, frustrations, hurt, pain and it drags you down, pulling you into a whirlpool of self destruction.

When you realize that you don't need that apology to keep on living, then you start living again. Forgive, love and move on. Don't let that burden tie you down for the rest of your life.

Don't hold  yourself captive.

Every day begins new, filled with hope. Every day ends spent, feel blessed with your accomplishments, no matter how small.
